Research

My current research focuses on how artificial intelligence affects our ethics, culture, and society today — and what it means for our future. My PhD was in Philosophy, exploring how digital technology, especially video games, impacts the experience of pleasure in the digital age. I have wide teaching experience across moral philosophy, media, communications, and medical ethics, now focusing on the ethical side of cyber security and AI.
